UPROSA products are handmade to order in the UK - this means our production process starts after you placed your order. Orders are fulfilled (placed into the production cue) within 24 hours after an order was placed. The production time varies and depends on the product category (e.g. Phone Case vs. Make-up Bag).

• EU and international orders are shipped with tracking ( Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For or DPD)

• UK orders are shipped either via Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For

EXCHANGES

If you are unsure about the model of your phone or MacBook and are worried about ordering the wrong case, we can help! Please feel free to contact one of our scientists at hello@uprosa.com for any purchasing advice. As most of our products are handmade to order, we unfortunately cannot replace your product if you ordered a product in the wrong size.

However, if you detect that you ordered the wrong product within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact us at hello@uprosa.com and we will either amend or cancel the order. In case we accidentally shipped a product with the wrong size (e.g. iPhone 6s instead of iPhone 5se) please contact us and we will replace the item immediately.

RETURNS

We really want you to be completely happy with your UPROSA products! If for any reason this is not the case, please contact us at hello@uprosa.com within 14 days of your purchase explaining what the issue is and we will make sure the situation is resolved to your satisfaction.

CANCELLED GOODS

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 you have the legal right to cancel the contract within seven working days of the date you receive the Goods. To cancel, you must inform us in writing, by sending an email to hello@uprosa.com.

You must also returns the Goods to us as soon as possible, we will then process your refund as soon as possible. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us so we suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost. You further have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
